Found on eBay: 1973 Honda CL350 Cafe Racer

This week we've found a sharp-looking Honda 350 that has us dreaming of warmer days and curvy roads. If you didn't get around to building your own cafe racer this past winter, here's one that's ready to go.

According to the auction, the current owner purchased the bike in stock condition in December of 2010. Since then the frame has been reinforced, the battery has been relocated and it's been the recipient of a whole host of new parts. It wears an LED tailight/brake light, rearset controls, a fiberglass seat cowl, new petcocks, a new exhaust and the top end has new gaskets, piston rings and camshaft. The carbs were cleaned and rebuilt with 110 main jets, the bike was rewired and the brakes have new pads in both the front and the rear. The owner says the bike runs great and is ready to go.

Found on eBay: 1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado

guz

We have a soft spot in our hearts for Moto Guzzis, and this 850 Eldorado looks to be just the kind of ride perfect for weekend wandering.

Though there's not much information in the eBay listing, the seller does mention that the bike runs great and is in excellent condition. It has a bit over 25,000 miles on it, and has recently recieved a new crankshaft, main bearing, rod bearings, and new rings. It also wears a new voltage regulator, battery and tires.

Though not cosmetically perfect, it looks to have the orignal paint and emblems on the tank, and it wears its patina well.

Found on eBay: 1963 Yamaha YG-1

yamaha yg-1

This 1963 Yamaha YG-1 somehow escaped the fate of many small Japanese motorcycles, which seem to have been bought and worn out or wrecked many years ago. The bike still wears its original paint and the chrome seems to be in pretty good shape for being more than 45 years old.

According to the auction, the current owner has had the bike for 10 years, and has entered it in many antique motorcycle shows. At the last show, it scored a 98 out of 100 possible points. The auction also says that the bike runs and shifts nicely and that the brakes work well, but also mentions that it has now been sitting in the garage for three years without anyone riding it, so it is probably in need of a little carburetor cleaning and adjustment. The seller also notes that the engine has been "meticulously maintained and had NOS parts installed to keep it in factory shape."
