AdaptivMount motorcycle mounting kit
Adaptiv Technologies has introduced a motorcycle mounting kit for mounting electronic accessories to motorcycles. The new AdaptivMount features the company’s AdaptivSorb anti-vibration technology, which is claimed to reduce the amount of vibration transferred to the mounted device by over 50 percent compared to other mounting systems, making them particularly appealing to owners of older motorcycles. They can be mounted on the handlebar on most bikes and will bolt directly to the switch gear on others. $85 and up. More info: www.adaptivtechnologies.com

Crampbuster motorcycle throttle control
Here’s a decidedly cool item for long distance cruising motorcycles. Basically an ergonomically shaped paddle, the Crampbuster locks down on your throttle handle whenever the weight of your hand falls on it, giving your palm a place to rest when you’re on the throttle, thereby reducing hand fatigue and cramping. It can be easily repositioned and it won’t lock the throttle on, yet it also acts as a sort of cruise control by enabling easier motorcycle throttle control. $10.95. More info: www.crampbuster.com
