For 17 years, the Ace Café London Reunion has been a key date on the global motorcycle calendar. Now a new event for fans in North America has been added. The “Reunion Tour” will give a group of 20 American motorcycle enthusiasts the opportunity to visit one of the most iconic biker hangouts in the world, participate in a number of exclusive events, and ride in the legendary London-to-Brighton motorcycle run that has been a British cycle tradition for over 100 years.
“We’re thrilled to add another attraction to what some have called the world’s coolest motorcycle event,” said Mark Wilsmore, who re-opened the original Ace Café London in 2001 and began the annual Reunion in 1994. “The Ace is about enthusiasts getting together and having a good time. Participants in the new Reunion Tour will definitely be part of something they’ll never forget.”
The inaugural Ace Café Reunion Tour takes place September 9-15, 2011. After arrival in London, tour participants will take a motorcycle ride through the city to historic Trafalgar Square on Saturday, September 10th, returning to the Ace Café for the Reunion Party celebration that includes food, live music, contests and exhibits. On Sunday morning those on the Reunion Tour will take part in the classic “Brighton Burn Up” and ride with the Rockers from the Ace Café to scenic, seaside Brighton Beach.
