This week we didn’t have to go looking through eBay for a bike. Instead, a reader sent us one! This 1975 Moto Morini 3 1/2 Sport wears its original factory paint, along with the factory 1/2 fairing.
According to the auction, the bike has just 11,419 miles on it and has been owned by collectors all its life. The only non-original parts are the mufflers, though the head pipes appear to be stock. It even includes the factory tool kit. Imported to the U.S. by Fred Heistand Motors of Manheim, Penn., this looks to be a sharp bike that’s seen careful attention over the years. With an opening bid of $6,500 (esentially the reserve) somebody may get a real nice bike for a pretty fair price. Thanks for the tip, Howard!
