Here's a house bike that literally has everything but the kitchen sink.

"house bike" loaded down with bizarre odds and ends

We'd rather travel a bit lighter, but the owner of this "house bike" evidently likes the arrangement just fine.

Photographer Evan Davison stumbled across a bike that elevates the touring motorcycle to … we’re not sure what. House bike? Rolling circus? Mobile attic? Whatever you call it, it was resting under the carriage entrance at the historic Eklund Hotel in Clayton, N.M., last summer. The owner was en route home from the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota’s Black Hills, and had taken refuge when the weather turned funky.

“I don’t know if you can see the dried alligator head that serves as the front fender ornament,” Evan writes, “and I think that’s an older Harley under there, but you know, I really couldn’t be sure. The hand-lettered sign on the handlebars reads ‘I rode my bike here … no trailer queen! More than 500,000 miles total.’” All we can say is, wowzaaa! MC
