If you enjoyed our story on the Hercules W-2000, the world’s first production rotary-powered motorcycle, you’ll dig photographer Ken Richardson’s video and outtakes from his shoot of the rare, low-mileage 1976 Model we profiled here. Enjoy!

LEAVE IT TO ME TO MISREAD THE VIDEO TEXT. SORRY ABOUT MY CONFUSION ON YOUR BEING THE PHOTOGRAPHER. I MUST BE 67 GOING ON 87. BUT IT'S STILL A VERY NICE PRESENTATION OF A CLASSIC BIKE. THANKS FOR YOUR EFFORTS!
I JUST REALIZED THAT IN MY PREVIOUS COMMENT I FAILED TO COMPLIMENT THE BEAUTIFUL CONDITION AND SMOOTH RUNNING OF A DEFINITE CLASSIC BIKE. MR.KEN, IF YOU HAD TO DO A RESTORATION ON THIS ROTARY, IT WAS SURELY AN OUTSTANDING EFFORT THAT LOOKS EVERY BIT AS GREAT AS NEW. CONGRATS! I'D LOVE TO RIDE SUCH A DIFFERENT ENGINE DESIGN BIKE. IF IT WAS AVAILABLE NEW IN TODAY'S BIKE MARKET AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE, I BET IT WOULD SELL TO ROTARY FANS APPRECIATING A DIFFERENT STYLE ENGINE BIKE. THANKS FOR GIVING US A LOOK AND LETTING US HEAR IT RUN. SOUNDS REAL SMOOTH RUNNING.
AHHH, MY SECOND COMMENTS ENTRY. 1ST ONE WAS KILLED. THIS WAS A NICE LITTLE VIDEO ABOUT A BIKE BUT THE VIDEO WAS HURT BY COMPLETELY USELESS DISTRACTING MUSIC. WHY? 100% OF THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS ABOUT BIKES WITH MUSIC PLAYING WHILE THE BIKE IS BEING RIDDEN ARE SAD AND A WASTE. THANKS ANYWAY, BUT NICE TRY.
I sure would like to buy a tee shirt with the RIDE THEM DON'T HIDE THEM on the back instead of the front, I think most people who read my shirt see the back when I'm on my bike and not the front, how many of you riders agree with me out there?
Like the bike have to agree music distracting, like more info on this unit looks quite interesting, need more specs as it were
For those of us who wanted to hear the engine the music was an unwanted distraction.
