The Saginaw “Powerbike” motorized attachment was adaptable to virtually any bicycle, and could be purchased from Sears, Roebuck & Co. Post World War II there were many similar attachments on the market, the most successful being the Whizzer, as it had the looks and feel of a conventional motorcycle.
