The TV175 was the super-sports model from Mondial. One of the smaller Italian manufacturers, they were pioneers in ultra high rpm small-capacity four-strokes, and also in developing extensive full fairings on their racing machines. Their racing successes were out of proportion to their size, having won the World 125cc road racing title in 1949. The F.B. initials stand for Fratelli Boselli, translated to Boselli brothers.
