Birmingham, Ala. (June 3) – Fans will see an action-packed weekend full of on-track activities when AMA Pro Road Racing returns to Barber Motorsports Park for the Triumph SuperBike Classic presented by America’s First Federal Credit Union June 21-22.

The Triumph Superbike Classic will be the debut of AMA Pro Road Racing’s new two-day schedule. Riders and teams will be under qualifying conditions the first time they take to the beautiful and technical 17-turn, 2.38 mile permanent road course located in Birmingham, Alabama.

“With this new format every session is going to count even more than before, so the fans can expect to see the riders pushing hard every minute they are on track,” said Rick Humphrey, Vice President of ZOOM Motorsports, the exclusive promoter at Barber Motorsports Park. “The racing that we see with AMA Pro Road Racing is some of the best racing in the world with riders trading the lead almost every lap, and that’s what we want to provide for our fans.”
