Sept. 4
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Bonneville Vintage GP at the Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah. Saturday will feature the Motorcycle Classics Vintage Bike Show, with Norton as the featured marque. Rounds 15 and 16 of the AHRMA CPL Systems National Historic Cup Road Race take place on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday will also feature the Salt City Builds Custom Bike Show.
Join Kansas City’s Heart of America Motorcycle Enthusiasts (HoAME) for their First Friday Vintage Ride-In Party and Show, Sept. 4, at KC Brake in the Crossroads area of Kansas City, Missouri. Saturday, Sept. 12, will feature the Tiddler Tour, a 100-mile, giro-style timed riding event for vintage, small-displacement bikes. Historical and tourist classes offered. Open to all motorcycles.
Sept. 5
Visit the Owls Head Transportation Museum in Owls Head, Maine, for the Vintage Motorcycle Meet Sept. 5-6. Owners of pre-1995 motorcycles are encouraged to exhibit and will be admitted free of charge.
Sept. 12
Head to the 40th Annual El Camino Motorcycle Show, the West Coast’s largest motorcycle show and swap meet, at the Irwindale Event Center in Irwindale, California. With more than 350 vendors and more than 100 motorcycles in the show, it’s always a fun event.
Sept. 13
Camp Dearborn in Milford, Michigan, will again be the location for the 33rd annual Battle of the Brits. This event regularly draws more than 200 bikes and 300 cars. Classic British, European and pre-1984 American bikes are invited to be a part of the show. There will also be food and beverages available, and on-site camping.
Oct. 9
Mark your calendars for the 11th Annual Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park outside Birmingham, Alabama, presented by the Triumph Dealers of North America. The show runs through the 11th and will feature AHRMA road racing along with the American Motordrome Wall of Death, Triumph demo rides, a swap meet and more. Our Motorcycle Classics bike show will feature more than a dozen awards, with Norton as our featured marque.
Oct. 23
Join the fun in Luckenbach, Texas, at the 13th Annual Harvest Classic European & Vintage Motorcycle Rally. Registration starts Friday afternoon, and you can camp at the location Friday and Saturday night. Saturday is the big day, with the bike show, vintage trials, a home-cooked barbecue, raffles, a live auction and an outdoor motorcycle movie on the big screen that night.
