This year marks the 11th anniversary of the Bonneville Vintage GP at the Utah Motorsports Campus (formerly the Miller Motorsports Park) in Tooele, Utah. Saturday will feature the Motorcycle Classics Vintage Bike Show, with Triumph as the featured marque. On Sunday, check out the Suicide Land Cycles Custom Bike Show. Enjoy AHRMA racing and the CB160 races with LeMans starts Saturday and Sunday.
Visit the Owls Head Transportation Museum in Owls Head, Maine, for the Vintage Motorcycle Meet, Sept. 3-4. Owners of pre-1996 motorcycles are encouraged to exhibit and will be admitted free of charge. More than 300 bikes are expected, along with antique planes, Model T rides and more.
Head to Camp Dearborn in Milford, Michigan, home of the 34th Annual Battle of the Brits Motorcycle and Car Show and Swap Meet. This event regularly draws more than 200 bikes and 300 cars. Classic British, European and pre-1984 American bikes are invited to be a part of the show. Food and beverages will be available, along with on-site camping.
Join all the good folks and classic bikes at the Modern Classics Ride-In on Saturday, Sept. 17. Look forward to perfect autumn riding weather. More than 100 vintage and custom bikes are expected. No judging, no classes and no awards, just a fun day of checking out vintage bikes with friends, food and more.
Head to Sturbridge, Massachusetts, for the 2016 Italian Motorcycle Owners Club 33rd Annual Italian Motorcycle Meet. The show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. All Italian bikes and scooters are invited, and the show benefits the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
The 8th Annual SLO Classic Motorcycle Rally begins on Thursday, Oct. 6, with Farmer’s Market Bike Night from 6-9 p.m. in San Luis Obispo, California. On Friday there will be an organized scenic ride up the coast that leaves at 10 a.m., then a 5:30 p.m. gathering. Saturday’s feature event is the Classic Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet, with vendors/retailers, motorcycle awards and more.
Oct. 7
Join us for the 12th Annual Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park outside Birmingham, Alabama, presented by the Triumph Dealers of North America. The show runs through the 9th and will feature AHRMA road racing, the American Motor Drome Wall of Death, the swap meet and more. Our Motorcycle Classics bike show will feature more than a dozen awards, with Ducati as our featured marque.
Join the fun in Luckenbach, Texas, at the 14th Annual Harvest Classic European & Vintage Motorcycle Rally. Registration starts Friday afternoon, and you can camp at the location Friday and Saturday night. Friday afternoon the 100cc Fun Run will take place. Saturday is the big day, with the bike show, vintage trials, a home-cooked barbecue, raffles, a live auction and an outdoor motorcycle movie on the big screen that night.
