I was referred to your site and magazine by a friend who subscribes to it. I have just finished a total restoration on my dad’s Honda Dream CA77 305.
Dad first got the bike in 1968 after basic training. He hasn’t had it or seen it run in over 35 years. When I received the bike from him it had sat under my grandmother’s porch in Tennessee for 20 years or more. It no longer ran and was covered with rust. When she passed away, Dad brought the bike back home to New Mexico and gave it to me. Over the past year and a half I have been working on it in my garage to surprise him with it. Well this weekend I did just that and he loved it.
