Mikuni Carbs for
Honda CX500s
Honda’s lovable and quirky CX500 and CX650 twins have become
a favorite of café builders of late. Speed Moto Co. in Eugene, Ore.,
has introduced Mikuni carb conversion kits for the 500 and 650, along with a
separate kit for 650 engines installed in 500 frames. The pre-jetted kits
include round slide Mikuni VM34 carbs, a new throttle cable, hand-ported custom
intakes, Mikuni spigot mounts, fuel line, fittings and air filters — and they
work with the stock side covers. $549.95. MC
