Enterprise Rent-A-Car has launchedMotorcycle Rental by Enterprise at a new rental location in Las Vegas. The branch – with a fleet that will initially consist solely of Harley-Davidson-branded motorcycles – is the first of its kind in the United States among all major rental car companies.

Enterprise created this one-of-a-kind branch in response to strong consumer demand in the motorcycle market. Last year alone, more than 450,000 motorcycles were purchased in the United States, an increase of nearly three percent from 2011.

“Motorcycle enthusiasts are passionate about riding, and we heard from many customers who wanted to enjoy high-quality bikes, even when they’re away from home,” said Steve Short, vice president, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. “Motorcycle Rental by Enterprise renters will be able to choose from a wide selection of popular bikes and can expect the same, first-rate customer service they experience at our other Enterprise branches around the country.”
